As a child of divorce I can attest to how damaging a divorce can be to a child, especially if both parents don't make the child(ren) the primary focus. According to TMZ, Kimora Lee, the ex-wife of Def Jam/Phat Farm founder, Russell Simmons, is not interested in sharing custody of their daughters, Ming and Aoki. I understand that she filed for divorce in March and I don't believe their to be any truly bad blood between them, and with her soon to give birth to Djimon Honsou's child, why not share? I know that she was not in favor of Russell's new girlfriend, so what, move on with you Fabulous life! The only time a child(ren) should be kept from their parent is based on some sort of compromising/self-destructive behavior, and if Russell were exhibiting this kind of behavior, then Kimora would be justified. This just might end up becomming messy if Kimora chooses. For the girls, I sincerely hope not.
I am so deathly serious when I say that what comes around goes around, in that karma has a way of either uplifting you or giving you a savage beatdown. For Mr. Dourdan, beatdown is the appetizer, main course, and dessert, bon appetit! According to TMZ he is facing THREE felony counts for cocaine, heroin, and ecstasy possession. This is serious business, especially since he is not Lindsay Lohan and is a major tool. I take no delight in his misfortune, just merely highlighting that there is a way to treat people and showing and being grateful for your blessing should be automatic. Mischa Barton is one of the luckiest actresses in Hollywood as for one reason or another, her lack of talent and great timing has placed her in a pseudo-celebrity position. While in Australia, vacationing and visiting her mom, she happened to meet one of the more infamous paps, Jamie Fawcett. He warned her about doing anything on a public beach, because he could have full photographic access to her, that is actually pretty nice of him! So she of course goes topless sunbathing and gets snapped showing her backside as well as a few pics of her front. Why would you do such a thing if you actually got a warning from a paparazzi? Unless, you wanted to manufacture some sort of drama, especially since you career was tanking, this all makes sense now! There is absolutely nothing, interesting, allluring, or creative when it comes to Mischa Barton, and unfortunately for her, she is not Nicole Kidman so, any attempt to create some controversy around Mr. Fawcett will fall miserably flat like...there is no need to say.
Because of today's meeting with Commish Gordon, Britney will now get three days of supervised visitation per week as her behavior has improved tremendously. According to TMZ, if all goes well, by the middle to the end of summer, she should be able to resume 50/50 custody, but with all things Britney, we shall see.

With his recent divorce from his wife, he hasn't been able to see his kids, and Dennis is a very loving and protective father, so he has been very frustrated and angry lately, and unfortunately, his present girlfriend became the object of his fury. As Britney Spears sits in a room with her lawyers and parents to meet with Commissioner Gordon as to her getting back some parental rights, I am very pleased to see her acting like a mature adult. It is clear that if Britney takes her meds and has positive influences in her life, she can be of benefit to herself, her children, and others around her. No Sam Lufti's, Alli Sims, or Adnan Ghalib needed. Kevin Federline, from the very beginning, wanted her to do what's right for their boys and stop exploiting them, myself along with many others, never thought that he would be the voice of reason! Well, coming off her second episode of CBS' HIMYM and three more slated, it is definitely a move in the correct direction and maybe she can be on her own within the next six months, but that should not be rushed.

With all of this Miley Cyrus, Vanity Fair layout backlash occuring, after seeing all of the pics, for the most part, they were all very very good, but her parents should have never left the shoot. Also, I felt that Annie Leibovitz did take it a little far with the picture in question, because Miley is only 15, and she would do whatever Annie would tell her. Miley is for the most part, your average teen, and I blame her parents, guardians, and Disney for not being on set to make sure that everything would be kosher, from start to finish. Annie has done this sort of thing in the past, is anyone paying attention? For some actresses or entertainers, any publicity is good publicity, this young star didn't need this and now she is not going to show up to the red carpet for today's Disney Games. Mistake Disney, huge Mistake!! So make her lie low so this thing can keep going on for the next week or two? No you idiots!! Put her in front of her fans so she can be intimate and present like she always is, the mistake was not on her part! This ain't Vanessa Hudgens flashing her arugula frisee, it's Miley baby. Ok, I can forgive her marrying Tommy Mottola because she was sooo young, and he was a controlling bastard, but let us not forget about her fake marriage to Luis Miguel. According to SI, Mike D'Antoni will be leaving the Phoenix Suns for either the Chicago Bulls or the New York Knicks, and although I am a Knick fan, Chicago has more pieces in place to make his time more productive. All the coach of any team can ever do is to prepare his team the best way possible, working the game plan is entirely on the shoulders of all the players, and the Suns let D'Antoni down, not vice versa. Fast Forward to Monday morning as the CSI star was busted for possession of heroin, cocaine, ecstasy, and prescription drugs in Palm Springs, according to TMZ. He was found sleeping in his vehicle and was taken to jail and later posted a 5k bail, way to go, you arrogant ass! Clearly, what comes around goes around as he laid hands many years ago on his ex-wife, model, Roshumba, and the CBS network will be glad to see him leave/get killed off CSI. Without Seth McFarlane my television choices would be even more limited than they already are, but with the Fox Network allowing him to do his third show, I will have another show to watch in addition to American Dad and Family Guy. The show will be a spinoff of the Family Guy character Cleveland and although on 13 episodes are slated, I am smelling a hit. Unless he is still touring with group, Black Box..."Everybody, everybody, everybody, everybody, owwww!" When Kathy Griffin divorced her stupid ex-husband, Matt Moline in 06', it was nice that she could rebound with someone that wouldn't use her and could hopefully respect her. Steve Wozniak of Apple fame, may not be a Playgirl centerfold model, but it at least appeared that they could have a future, a very "green" future. They dated for almost a year, but I guess after a while that the romance dissolved and they just stayed friends, and although it may seem bad for Kathy, she will be okay. Steve is described as a nice guy, but ultimately he would not marry Kathy as he would want a total trophy wife and that is not K.G. The CBS show, "How I Met Your Mother" maybe getting a reprisal of the role of the receptionist by the troubled pop star, Britney Spears. I don't watch the show, I didn't watch the Britney episode, and I don't plan on watching the upcoming one either, eventhough the previous show was the highest rated episode of the season. I support anything positive that Britney engages in as being under her conservatorship has definitely had a benefit on her life and someday she might regain joint custody of her sons. I understand that she is a daughter, sister, and mother, and is not some evil, unfeeling monster like she is made out to be, and as I have always said, I want to see her improve and be a great mom for her kids. HIMYM should be cancelled because the show has outlived it's time, and even Brit can't stop the inevitable.
Poor Roger Clemens, first Brian McNamee, his personal trainer accuses him of using steriods, now troubled singer, Mindy McCready is leveling claims that she had a ten year relationship with the pitcher from the ages of 15-25. If proven true, he could be known has a pedophile, beside totally violating his marriage vows, and then having his credibility blown to hell.
