Awright

There is not a lot to go from in terms of this particular picture. One cannot tell thickness, how large the buttons are/are not in relation to the current 680/750/755 shells, nor exactly how that 5 way is. It looks a bit different, but nothing at all drastic about that look says that Palm has done anything.

I would hope that even if the hardware isn't pumped a bit that the software offers a whole lot more than just "secret sauce" and a few differetated apps.

Agreed, and as I said the picture "is" too small to give us a definitive idea on the look. Also I am unwilling to say that this "is" the final product on the 800w or the Gandolf. We were lucky enough to get the photos so we put them up there for folks to see.

I can tell that the specs for the 800w as they are written on the roadmap say WM6.0/320x320/256MB Flash, 128MB RAM. 1.3MP Camera. Wifi. It says wifi in not one but two separate columns. Next to Java the box is greyed out, but next to GPS there is a check mark. We will most likely post the page when the 800w is officially announced so you can see for yourself the source of our info. But I'm sure the you can understand, we have to be protective so that we can continue to get this kind of information, plus we don't want anyone to lose their livelihood.

Interesting. I may have to pick up one of these things for "research" purposes.
