Just Another Mobile Monday is reporting something they found on their site for free software giveaways by none other than Microsoft. Of course there's a catch. There's always a catch.
In order to get the chance to get one of these packages, you'll have to sign up.
- Microsoft Windows Vista Ultimate (32-bit and 64-bit DVD)
- Microsoft Office Ultimate 2007
- Microsoft Money Plus Premium
- Microsoft Student with Encarta Premium 2008
- Microsoft Streets and Trips 2008
From the Microsoft Feedback Program sign-up page:
By participating in the program, you can help us focus our work on the features that you use most often, tell us where to simplify our software when it is too difficult, and suggest new capabilities that improve your experience. The program includes two parts: a survey feedback program and an automated feedback program.
If you are a Windows Vista or Windows XP user and decide to join and participate in both programs, we will send you a free Microsoft product when you participate in the program.
Before anyone gets upset, yes, I've already sign up. I don't mind sharing my thoughts on my user experience with Microsoft so they can be promptly ignored used to help improve Windows. Only problem is I haven't gotten my complete registration info sent out to my @live.com account. And I'm still waiting.
I'll keep checking and let you know how it works.
