A powerful 7.5 earthquake has hit Indonesia. The epicenter is 195 miles South Southeast Banda Aceh on the Island of Sumatra.
The last time Indonesia was hit with an earthquake thousands of people died. There have been no reports of injury or death but as this is a fresh story, word has not made it's way off the island as of yet.
The last quake in 2004 caused the tsunami that killed over 300,00 people from all over the world. That quake was a 9.0. Let's hope that this is in no way anywhere near the scale of that event.
