Dictator since 16 BC, Fidel Castro, arch enemy of American Political power and supplier of great cigars and vacations for the rest of the world, has decided to step down, so says a Cuban Newspaper that ran a letter written by the Cuban leader.
"I will not aspire to, nor will I accept the position of president of the council of state and commander-in-chief," Castro wrote. "I wish only to fight as a soldier of ideas. ... Perhaps my voice will be heard."
It is likely that Castro's brother who took over for the ailing President will be head honcho. Raul Castro showed signs of working towards better relations with America, so along with the primaries and caucus's today, the national political arena will be abuzz with speculation toward the future of American/Cuban relations.
