Mao Zedong, one of the most famous Chinese men in America. Made a work of art by Andy Warhol. His face tattoed on thousands of American bodies, Mike Tyson to name a famous one, turns out to be among other things, a common pimp.
In 1973, in a conversation with then Secretary of State Henry Kissinger, Mao said the following:
"You know, China is a very poor country, We don't have much. What we have in excess is women. So if you want them we can give a few of those to you, some tens of thousands. Do you want our Chinese women? We can give you 10 million. We have too many women. ... They give birth to children and our children are too many."
To which Kissinger replied, "It is such a novel proposition, We will have to study it."
35 years later it's hard to find a product in an American store not made in China. Made by poor women and children I might add.
