As a kid these cartoons were old as hell when they were running five days week when I got home after school. But they lasted the test of time then, and in my opinion still do.
This particular 1953 toon is from Tex Avery. I found it over at Boing Boing and as soon as I hit played it all came running back at me. I remembered every single frame, every single musical note.
This is one of the Tex Avery greats, and it's not too far off from the truth of televisions which for Tex's viewpoint, is the future.
