New York Times Technology blogger David Pogue has listed a few great Tech Support dialogs between customers and support personnel. Most of us have, at one time had to converse with Tech Support or maybe you are involved in Tech Support. If the latter, like I have been myself in the past, these are even more hilarious, because I've had similar conversations.
Here's a quick example:
Caller: Hey, can you help me? My computer has locked up, and no matter how many times I type eleven, it won’t unfreeze.
Agent: What do you mean, “type eleven?”
Caller: The message on my screen says, “Error Type 11!”
