Barack moves a little bit closer!!

R2294668977 Barack Obama is about 200 delegates from making history as he as already secured North Carolina, and Yahoo had even stated that Hillary had already won Indiana, with only 70% of the vote in, but now it is being called too close to call. The interesting point about all of these candidates is that none of them can relate to the average person financially as their wealth truly separates them. Each of them have strengths and weaknesses and with our country being in a terrible recession, we can thank the retarded son for that, race, gender, and age are no longer issues for what is considered a "Perfect prototype President." The economy, healthcare, the war/foreign policy, immigration, and Homeland Security are some of the more "hotbutton" topics and one way or another, one of these eventual winners had better come up with some realistic solutions, or this will be one of the quickest terms in history. Clinton Advisor Calls Indianans "Worthless-Racial Slur"

Watch this video, and then tell talk about how the media is against Hilary, because if this was someone in Obama's camp, you wouldn't be able to get away from it on your television.  If anyone cares to, go to MSNBC and ask them why this hasn't even been mentioned.  Oh, and yes, that's George Stephanopoulos, the guy who got the right to grill Obama with moronic questions at the debate. If you're curious as to why this is supposed to matter since it happened in the 90's, ask George Stephanopoulos, because he was really interested in a guy from the 60's that Obama didn't even know until the 90's.

Hilary Clinton: Rich People, God Bless Us!

Hilary

Here we have a classic slip of the tongue, but how much does it matter?  At this point we are on the road right back to 2000, and 2004.  Politicians who are so obviously far far removed from everyday Americans can make them believe they are one of them.   She has been in politics for the bulk of her adult life, has $109 million dollars, is a flat out liar,  and her husband sullied the office enough that pure trash could get in and get comfortable afterwards.

She voted for a war she says she hates, loved NAFTA before she hated it and was born in at last count three different states.  But you keep it up America!  Keep voting for Bush's and Clinton's because they're good at being Politians.  It's doing our country a world of good.

Bush Blames Economy On Democratic Congress

29bush2600

And again, Bush stood out in front of the White House, on the front lawn, and lied and passed the buck.  He had the audacity to blame the democratic led Congress, that has been in control of the Congress for little over a year, for the heavy toll being laid onto American citizens.

Yeah, it has zero to do with the billions of dollars being spent in Iraq each week, BILLIONS.   Everything that is happening to this country is a direct cause of this man and is asinine war in a country we should have never been in.  And yes, I felt that way from day one.

I cannot wait until this man is gone, even though what he has done will follow us for decades, I won't have to hear him speak anymore.

Barack Obama Says, No More Debates

Barack__obama

From now until the Indiana primary, and hopefully for the rest of all time, Barack Obama says there will be no more debates between him and Hilary Clinton.

To that I say "Thank you God", who and wherever you are!

Poll: Should Obama Go On The Attack?

Democrats

Thanks to the folks of Pennsylvania, we well have to endure more of this freakin campaign, more crap from the candidates and more crap from talking heads on TV.

I am one that does not believe this is a good thing for the Democratic party.  I am bit shocked that people are still allowing candidates (Hilary) to lie, flat out and loud, and still vote for her because they know her name.  However, part of this is Barack's fault.  He has allowed her to say whatever the hell she wants, while he shoots back through surrogates no one listens too.

There were so many opportunities to rip into the lies and such that were squandered away because he wants to be above the frey.  But all this bullcrap about people not liking negative campaigning is just that, BULL.  That's all voters have ever responded to and will continue to do so.

It's time to get to the general election.  All of this in party junk must stop.  So, Poll question:

Is it time for Barack Obama to go negative on Hilary?

Vote in the sidebar.  I will leave this one open for a few days.

He Is Not A Crook! Nixon's Daughter Endorses Obama

Sjulienixoneisenhowerlarge

This is one of those head scratchers.  In fact, I can see Presidential hopeful Barack Obama staring at himself with a puzzled expression, "is this a good thing?"

Well good thing or not, this primary season has brought some of the strangest bedfellows I've seen.  Hilary Clinton excepts the endorsement of a man who spent the 90's trying to nail her for murder, and the Kennedy's turn the Camelot torch over to a Black man from Chi-Town.

Not that Julie Nixon Eisenhower is guilty by association, or in this case lineage, it's just weird to see the Nixon name behind a candidate who supposeively has the most liberal record of any Democrat.  By the way, that say that about every Democrat running for President, last time Kerry was the most liberal democrat ever.

$1 Million In 60 Seconds! Grassroots Obama Pledge

Index_04

Today, April 21st at 1pm Eastern time, the grassroots organization that is attempting to raise a cool $1 million dollars for their favorite democrat, Barack Obama, will kick into 60 second fund raiser over drive.

The group announced yesterday that they have already reached two thirds of the amount in "pledged" contributions for the campaign dubbed 'An Obama Minute".   This has left me a bit confused since I thought the idea was to hit that mark within 60 seconds of "GO", independent of any pre-orders.   But that's what I get for thinking.

"The goal is to create a vehicle for everyday voters to organize and
amplify the extraordinary value of individuals working together," said
Scott Cohen, creator of the site and a Manhattan-based photographer. "The
power of Barack Obama's campaign is his ability to bridge political and
demographic divides and bring people together."

It will be interesting to hear the word coming from the site after the tally has been made.  We'll keep you updated.

Hilary Clinton Is A Bust On Trust, New Poll

Hilary_portrait

You can now start your countdown to the tearful moment from the former first lady.  She'll have to pull that out again if she hopes to turn America back into her camp, because right now, lying, attacking Hilary ain't working for her.  And by the looks at this recent ABC/Washington Post Poll, it isn't working for Americans either.

"Clinton is viewed as "honest and trustworthy" by just 39 percent of Americans, according to a new Washington Post-ABC News poll, compared with 52 percent in May 2006. Nearly six in 10 said in the new poll that she is not honest and trustworthy. And now, compared with Obama, Clinton has a deep trust deficit among Democrats, trailing him by 23 points as the more honest, an area on which she once led both Obama and John Edwards.

Among Democrats, 63 percent called her honest, down 18 points from 2006; among independents, her trust level has dropped 13 points, to 37 percent. Republicans held Clinton in low regard on this in the past (23 percent called her honest two years ago), but it is even lower now, at 16 percent. Majorities of men and women now say the phrase does not apply to Clinton; two years ago, narrow majorities of both." WashingtonPost

Ouch.   I'm not sure why anyone would be surprised by this poll.   She has been caught lying on tape so many times in the past 30 days that it's ridiculous.   Most candidates would have been drummed out of the race after the "Bosnia" deal.   Howard Dean's campaign was ended because the mic he was using was on feed to the camera's, so it made it appear that he was yelling, which was simply a crowd rousing cheer.  But Clinton has been allowed to get away with so much crap that it really demonstrates the depth of the Clinton power.

Bruce Springsteen Endorses Barack Obama

Brucenewsimage

Fresh off his campaign trip with John Kerry, Bruce Springsteen is keeping in good with his Democratic virtues.  The Boss has announced that he is behind the senator from Chi-town, Barack Obama.

In his words:

"Dear Friends and Fans:

LIke most of you, I've been following the campaign and I have now seen and heard enough to know where I stand. Senator Obama, in my view, is head and shoulders above the rest.

He has the depth, the reflectiveness, and the resilience to be our next President. He speaks to the America I've envisioned in my music for the past 35 years, a generous nation with a citizenry willing to tackle nuanced and complex problems, a country that's interested in its collective destiny and in the potential of its gathered spirit. A place where "...nobody crowds you, and nobody goes it alone."

At the moment, critics have tried to diminish Senator Obama through the exaggeration of certain of his comments and relationships. While these matters are worthy of some discussion, they have been ripped out of the context and fabric of the man's life and vision, so well described in his excellent book, Dreams From My Father, often in order to distract us from discussing the real issues: war and peace, the fight for economic and racial justice, reaffirming our Constitution, and the protection and enhancement of our environment.

After the terrible damage done over the past eight years, a great American reclamation project needs to be undertaken. I believe that Senator Obama is the best candidate to lead that project and to lead us into the 21st Century with a renewed sense of moral purpose and of ourselves as Americans.

Over here on E Street, we're proud to support Obama for President."

Now it will be a street fight between an old queen and a common man.  If you didn't get that, Elton John is supporting Hilary Clinton.

I'm sure the New Jersey rocker's endorsement comes with big smiles for the Obama campaign, but I bet they're wondering where he was when they were campaigning in state.
