The moral of this story is always do a background check on your surgeon. If it’s cheap, expect shoddy results. If you buy a shirt from Wal-Mart you know it’s going to fall apart by the end of the season. Now that’s fine for clothing but this is your body, your flesh! Why would you skimp on that? Plastic surgery is just that, surgery, it’s not like getting a new hair cut, you’re face will not grow back if you don’t like the results!
Ha Nguyen, 48, and Zbigniew Makowski, 62, were arrested yesterday for performing illegal surgery’s in a filthy environment and without a license.
An unnamed woman who went to Nguyen for a facelift and tummy tuck ended up covered in disfiguring unsightly scars. Two thick three-inch scars next to each ear, two above each eyebrow and one under her lower lip, and a 15-inch scar across her stomach. Charging at least $500 a day, while also receiving welfare Nguyen is believed to be helped by her accomplice Makowski who brought the patients to their house for the surgeries.
Although I wouldn’t wish this treatment on my worst enemy, I can’t help but think that the patients should have conducted more research into their doctors of choice. I fear it is the casualness in which our society approaches the need to constantly alter ourselves to fit a social norm that is to blame.
Blasted! Once again you beat me to the punch. That's it, I'm out, I'm done! Going to the movies now!
