A Leopard Can’t Change its Spots.
The FBI have added Jon Savarino Schillaci to its "Ten Most Wanted Fugitives" list.
Schillaci is a fugitive from New Hampshire, where he is wanted for the alleged sexual assault of a five year old boy and the possession of child pornography (23 counts).
After serving a ten-year prison sentence for sexually assaulting two 11-year-old Texas boys, Schillaci was released in 1999, less than a year went by before he was back to his old habits, and sexually assaulted the five year old boy. That was 8 years ago. Goodness knows how many others he has assaulted since.
Jon Savarino Schillaci is described as a white male, 5'11", 180 pounds with brown eyes and brown hair. He was born on December 14, 1971, in Oklahoma, and has used several aliases to include Jon Willis, Christopher Keegan, and Cody Keegan.
A reward of $100,000 is being offered for any information leading to his arrest.
Schillaci is considered extremely dangerous. Anyone with information should immediately contact the nearest FBI office or local law enforcement agency.
When will the powers that be realize that pedophiles do not get rehabilitated?
There should be a three strike rule. After the third strike the offender is chemically castrated. End of Story.

Sarah is 100% right. WHEN will they realize these guys can't be rehabilitated. How many kids will have their lives destroyed or ended, parents emotionally torn apart, till they figure out this simple fact that most everyone else already understands? Personally I think three strikes is too many. We put people away for life for murder and we should consider treated pedophiles the same. At the most two strikes. But if I was the father of that second kid I would sure be one pissed off...

I agree Bodie, I’d hate to be the mother of the second child….. but unfortunately I fear our justice system has very large holes in it, and many people have been wrongly accused and convicted of child molestation.
Mass hysteria makes for a tough opposition for the defense, no matter how innocent that person is. Back in the 70’s and 80’s it was rife, and has been referred to as a witch hunt. If you didn’t like someone, you said they molested your kid…. And you usually got a conviction due to shoddy psychiatric evaluations of the child and the use of hypnotherapy (false memories). Very Very Scary. Even if you are found innocent of the chargers, that is a tough thing to shake. Hence why I suggested the 3 strike rule. Perhaps 2 strikes is better….

I would put them in general population and let the wolves have at them. Or give them the one strike rule, their head, my baseball bat. Or we could enclose their head in a lucite box and fill it with concrete, you don't want to know what it does to the skull. Jasen Govine is the Prime Minister of Punishment and baked goods. I also said in a previous post that my half-sister's mom works in the prison system and pedophiles are the only people who cannot be rehabilitated. My evil streak starts to purcolate when it comes to these bastards!!

first of all, why on earth would the parents of the would be victim correspond with this guy while he was in jail, serving time for pedophilia, and then allow him to move into their home with their young son??? why??that confuses me. something had to be amiss about the victim's parents to be associating with a convicted child molester. it's not like they were related to the guy or grew up with him. what were they thinking? they claimed they wanted to help him, a stranger, start a new life. didn't they have anything better to do with their time and resources, such as protecting their son and focusing their energies and efforts on him? instead, they opened the door and gave that monster direct access to their son. i think something very fishy is up with those parents. they ought to be investigated thoroughly and placed under surveillance.
