Not to be left out of the mobile blogging features offered by WordPress and Typepad (home to Morning Paper), Google has just released the beta version of GBlogger for use on Windows Mobile devices for free.
Mobile GBlogger Basic is the completely free version of the GBlogger service. It is also the easiest to get going with. Simply download and install the client for your Windows Mobile device and you're ready to go.
There is a paid version, GBlogger Pro, that will set you back $15 per year but you get more features like no ads at the end of your posts.
With Mobile GBlogger Pro you get all the above with features meant to help drive traffic to your blog. These features include:
- The ability to easily set the Technorati tags/categories in each of your posts
- Have indexing services like Technorati pinged whenever you create new posts
- No advertisements at the end of your posts.
As more and more people begin to keep a blog, it only makes sense for companies to start to offer a mobile version for keeping up with your busy life for all of your fans or readers, even if it just turns out to be your mom.
You can get more information and learn how to download the free or paid version here.
