Who Has Their hands on the iPhone SDK Already?

This is only a rumor right now, hence it coming from MacRumors, but the word on the street is a few developers may already have their hands on the coveted iPhone SDK. There maybe a few apps already developed. This is either great news for those anxiously awaiting Apple approved apps, or cruel and unusual punishment for anyone who just got really happy.
