The fledgling Miami Dolphins brought in the always over rated Trent Green to save the day but this plan was not well thought out. Now that Bill Parcell's in Miami he is cleaning house as needed and the slackers were the first to go. Trent Green and Marty Booker will find places somewhere in the desperatly over expanded NFL but their mediocrity will continue. It will be intersting to see what moves are next, well, not really since that team has very little talent it won't matter who goes. It will be important who the organization goes and gets.
Parcells has already reshaped the front office, firing general manager Randy Mueller and other members of the team's player personnel staff. The coaching staff was rebuilt, most notably with Tony Sparano brought in to replace Cam Cameron. The great thing for Parcell's is there is only one way to go from the 2007 season.
